Louis Aston Knight, a famous American artist born in Paris, France in 1873 as the son of great painter Daniel Ridgway Knight lived to be known one of the greatest painters in history. He was famous for his landscape paintings and even U.S. President Warren G. Harding was impressed on his 'Afterglow' paintings and purchased it to hang it in the White House.
